- Earl check-in at Iceberg Inn at 9:00 AM and late check-out until 6:30 PM departing on the train.

At 9:00 AM our staff will warmly welcome you at the VIA Rail train station to start the first day of the tour, where, after early check-in at the Iceberg Inn, a two hour tour of Churchill will begin with a fascinating visit to the ‘Eskimo’ Itsanitaq Museum followed by the Polar Bear International research facility and Parks Canada Visitors Center.
On your second day in, you will have a three hour tour taking you across the Churchill river to the historic Prince of Wales Fort, on the way you’ll be able to see friendly and curious beluga whales that will come right up to your boat.
After lunch, the three hour road tour will start, led by Angela Mak in her mini buggy or 2018 King Ranch, where you will get to visit all of Churchill’s iconic landmarks such as the Miss Piggy plane wreck, MV Ithaca shipwreck and the abandoned ‘Golf Ball’ radar station.


The third day in town brings with it a special chance to get up close and personal to local wildlife with Angela’s Eye-to-Eye photography tour. On this exciting six hour expedition you’ll get to explore all of Churchill’s coastal roads in search of polar bears and other arctic animals.
At 5:30 PM a Kayaking adventure is planned (weather and tide permitted), where you will feel as if you are one of the pods as you skim across the surface of the river teeming with whales. Perfect for the novice paddler.
